Returns and Exchanges
✔︎ How does our return policy work?
We accept returns for 30 days starting from the order arrival date. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
— Item(s) have to be initiated for return and shipped back within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
— Item(s) were not marked “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
— Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes attached product boxes, manual, charging cable, free gifts and filters(if any).
You will be asked to show off your photography skills and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.
We're incredibly confident in the quality of our product. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of the defective product and we will provide a free re-shipment of the product. Emails for a defective product must be sent within 30 days of delivery of the product.
Some of our products are covered by a no-risk guarantee, which promises the product works as advertised. If the product does not work as intended, you will be given a choice of free exchange product(s) or refund to your original payment method.
The following products are covered by Homi Guarantee:
Homi Dust Mite Vacuum — 60 days from product arrival
Homi Ultrablow Vacuum — 60 days from product arrival
If you receive a faulty item or parts with manufacturing defects, reach out to us and we will send a replacement.
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.
