
Homi Malaysia warrants that all Homi products purchased by the original retail buyer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies only when the product has been installed and used properly in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual. If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, Homi will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no cost, using new or reconditioned components.

This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow usage instructions.
- Damage incurred during shipping, installation, or relocation.
- Alteration, modification, servicing, or repair carried out by any party other than Homi or an authorised Homi dealer.
- Use of the product with incompatible devices or accessories.
- Natural wear and tear, including but not limited to dirt, scratches, rust, and the peeling of plating or paint.
- Corrosion or rust caused by sea water, snow-melting agents, or similar corrosive substances.
- Use of the product in combination with non-Homi products.
- Damage resulting from natural disasters, such as fire, flood, lightning, earthquake, or other accidents.
Even if a defect occurs within the warranty period, Homi shall not be liable for repair or replacement in any of the cases listed above. However, out-of-warranty repairs may be available for a fee.
