Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days from the date your order arrives—provided the items meet our return conditions.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must not have been marked “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase (unless it’s faulty).
- The item must be in its original packaging, including product boxes, manuals, cables, free gifts, and filters (if applicable), all in original condition.
Before sending anything back, we’ll ask for a photo of the item so we can assess its condition.
Important: If you're returning part of a bundle, the original bundle discount will no longer apply.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
While we’re confident in the quality of our products, damages can happen during transit. If your item arrives defective, please contact us at support@homi.my within 30 days of delivery and include a photo showing the issue.
We’ll send a free replacement as soon as your claim is confirmed.
What is the Homi Guarantee?
Select products are backed by our no-risk Homi Guarantee, which means if the product doesn’t perform as promised, you can request a refund or a free exchange.
The following items are covered:
- Homi Dust Mite Vacuum — 60 days from date of arrival
- Homi Ultrablow Vacuum — 60 days from date of arrival
If your item has a fault or manufacturing issue, just reach out and we’ll send a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Once your order enters our system, it can’t be edited. If our warehouse has already started processing it, cancellation may no longer be possible. But if we catch it in time, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, don’t worry—you can still return it using the process above.
